I spent my first 13 years on the agency side, both as a recruiter and as an agency owner. That experience gave me something most recruiters never get: a deep understanding of what it truly means to partner with a client, not just serve one.

But I wanted more. So I made a deliberate move to the corporate side — not because I had to, but because I wanted to understand every touch point of the hiring process from the inside out.

At RingCentral, I played a key role in scaling Go-To-Market functions across the U.S., EMEA, and Australia, helping drive global growth and operational strength. While my teams focused on building those functions, my personal focus never wavered — identifying and placing the transformational leaders who make companies actually move.
